Tyler is a U.S. Marine veteran and law enforcement officer turned real estate investor, focused on creative strategies like lease options and pre-foreclosure acquisitions. He specializes in helping motivated sellers solve problems while structuring win-win deals that generate long-term cash flow. Operating with his wife, Tyler uses seller financing and joint venture partnerships to acquire properties without relying on banks. His background in investigations gives him an edge in due diligence, negotiation, and risk management. He’s passionate about financial freedom and helping others do the same through real estate.
